Good reference book
Bought this as a Christmas present for my husband and he really likes it. He dug out his original music lesson books from the early 70's to compare this to.
Very useful and larger print, good for us Southpaws
I like the new way of orientating the diagrams. It is what you see when you're playing. But it gets only 3 stars because in several places the chords are duplicated on the same page, sometimes next to each other. Usually these are termed as 'alternate' but the chords are exactly that of the previous one. So there aren't really 500 chords. Also, many chords used in jazz are not listed and for me that is disappointing and one of the reasons I bought the book.
Worthless book--got better chord diagrams online--already threw this into the trash
A little smaller book then I thought it would be, I'm sure it has the size I just didn't notice? Bought it for a friend that I hope will us it, has all the chords you'll need.
